I could have called this delicious bread recipe a lot of things, but I settled on simply 
'Mediterranean Bread'

It was fun to develop this recipe and just as much fun eating it!

This recipe contains parmesan cheese, so to make this bread dairy-free, simply substitute the parmesan with a stronger flavoured dairy-free cheese.
